Before the Crusades, the atheistic Turks were required by the monotheistic Christian Japhetites (Europeans) and the monotheistic Muslim Semites (Middle Easterns) to convert to the monotheistic faith before being allowed to trade, learn, and communicate. In the end, the Pan-Turks wisely chose Judaism in order of political neutrality. If a nation is atheistic, first, the tremendous risk is that it will be isolated, taken advantage of, and demonized by the international community. Most critically, the most serious problem is that atheist leaders can easily be brainwashed, blinded, or seduced by any “current event”, and their right to speak can easily be weakened and ignored. Not understanding religious language, or treating religious language as trivial, is like a physicist who does not understand advanced mathematics. You may have strong intuition, and you may be good at designing experiments, but you don’t know how to define the problem, and you don’t know how to theorize the problem.
